Linen Hire and Laundry

We own our own quality linen and have it laundered locally in Noosa. Our Airbnb Co-Host "Cleaning Fee" (paid by the guests) includes Linen Hire and Laundry.

Consumables

We supply and include all consumables. From coffee pods, soap, lotions, powders to sugar. Our Noosa Airbnb Co-Host "Cleaning Fee" (paid by the guests) includes ALL consumables.

Cleaning

It must be clean! With many years of hospitality experience in Noosa we directly employ experienced cleaners who live here permanently. Our Airbnb Co-Host "Cleaning Fee" (paid by the guests) includes cleaning.

The "Cleaning Fee" Cost

The "Cleaning Fee" covers the cost of servicing the Airbnb or Short Stay Rental after every Guests stay.

The Guest pays for this fee in each reservation.

It includes:

Cleaning by our team of Local Cleaners
Consumables
Fresh Linen - sheets to towels & more

This keeps the costs and accounting very straight forward.

Our "Management Fee" is separate and is a % of the Room Rate after any platform fees charged by Airbnb or alike.

Our aim is to keep the accounting costs low and straight forward for Owners, Guests and ourselves!

How we set the "Cleaning Fee"

The Fee price charged to the guest will depend on your:

Property type and size
Bedroom configuration
Types of consumables and quantity to be provided according to Guest expectations

How its set and charged

We set the price with your agreement and then its added to the sale price of the Airbnb for each stay.
When the booking is underway Airbnb pays Your Place Hosting this fee automatically.
